Warranty Policy

Vendys guarantees that, under the conditions and limitations specified in this limited warranty, its products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of delivery to the original purchaser, under normal use ("Warranty Period"). This limited warranty is valid subject to the exclusions and limitations outlined below.

What Is NOT Covered Under This Limited Warranty?

This limited warranty does not cover damages caused by:

  • Accidents, misuse, abuse, excessive dirt or water exposure, unauthorized alterations, improper use, or neglect of required maintenance.
  • Repairs performed by unauthorized service providers or attempts to do so.
  • Only Vendy's products are covered under the warranty. Gifts or accessories provided with the product or won through raffles are not covered under this warranty.

What Are the Remedies Under This Limited Warranty?

If a defect arises in your Vendy's product within the two-year warranty period and a valid claim is submitted, we offer the following remedies:

  • We will repair your defective product free of charge using new or refurbished parts.
  • We will replace your defective product with a new or refurbished product.

In the case of a defect, these remedies are your exclusive options to the extent permitted by law.

How to Obtain Warranty Service?

To obtain warranty service, you must send an email to info@vendysstore.com within the warranty period. You will be asked to provide the following information:

  • Photos and a description of the defect.
  • Details of the purchase receipt.

If your claim is approved, we will send you a confirmation email. A shipping label will be provided for you to return the defective product. Please make sure to include all items in the original packaging.
