When can I open a dispute?

  • Photos of the incorrect product
  • Photos of the product label and packaging

5. Return Process

If an incorrect product is confirmed:

  1. Our customer support team will provide return instructions.
  2. prepaid return shipping label will be issued to the customer.
  3. The product must be returned in its original packaging and in complete condition.

6. Replacement or Refund

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • The correct product will be shipped, or
  • full refund will be issued, depending on the customer's preference.

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 3–10 business days after approval.

7. Shipping Costs

All shipping costs related to incorrect product returns will be covered by our company.

8. Return Conditions

For the return to be accepted:

  • The product must be unused
  • The product must be undamaged
  • All accessories, labels, and original packaging must be included
